Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older and are legal residents of the country where the giveaway is taking place. Employees of the company hosting the giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Entrance to the giveaway is free.

Entrance: Entrance to the giveaway is free and can be done by sending an email to the address mentioned in the giveaway post. The email should include a name & motivation from the entrant. Individuals can enter from Saturday May 13, 10:00 am, until May 28, 23:00 pm.

Prize: The prize for the giveaway is a beauty treatment at Primark Utrecht on Tuesday Jun 13. Winners will get a hair, make-up & nails treatment and two outfits as suited by our stylist. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Transfer to and from the Utrecht store is not included in the prize.

Winner selection: The winners (12 in total) will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via email on May 29. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected. If a winner is unavailable on June 13, another winner will be selected.

Disclaimer: The company hosting the giveaway is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent participants from entering or receiving notifications. The company also reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if necessary.

Privacy: This giveaway and the event are hosted by Serviceplan Groep B.V., for Primark. The personal information collected from participants will be used only by Serviceplan Groep B.V. for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with Primark and or third parties.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway and the event, participants grant the company hosting the giveaway and the event the right to make photo’s and video’s at the event that can be used to create content for Primark, without additional compensation.

Governing law: The giveaway is subject to the laws of the country where the giveaway is taking place.

Agreement to terms: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Algemene voorwaarden

Geschiktheid: de weggeefactie staat open voor alle personen die 18 jaar of ouder zijn en in het land wonen waar de weggeefactie plaatsvindt. Werknemers van het bedrijf dat de weggeefactie organiseert, evenals hun naaste familieleden, komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname.

Deelname: deelname aan de weggeefactie is gratis. Personen kunnen deelnemen door een email te sturen naar het e-mailadres zoals vermeld in de social media post. Deelname is mogelijk tot 28 mei, 23:00 uur.

Prijs: de prijs voor de weggeefactie is een verwen-avond in Primark Utrecht op dinsdag 13 juni. De verwen avond bestaat uit haar-, make-up & nagelbehandelingen, alsmede twee outfits zoals geselecteerd door een stylist. De prijs kan niet worden ingewisseld voor geld of andere producten/diensten. Vervoer van/naar Primark Utrecht maakt geen onderdeel uit van de prijs.

Winnaarselectie: de winnaars (totaal 12) wordt willekeurig gekozen uit alle in aanmerking komende inzendingen. De winnaars wordt op 29 mei via e-mail op de hoogte gebracht. Als een winnaar niet binnen 48 uur reageert, wordt er een nieuwe winnaar geselecteerd. Als een winnaar niet beschikbaar is op 13 juni wordt er een nieuwe winnaar geselecteerd.

Disclaimer: het bedrijf dat de weggeefactie host, is niet verantwoordelijk voor technische problemen waardoor deelnemers mogelijk niet kunnen meedoen of meldingen ontvangen. Het bedrijf behoudt zich ook het recht voor om de weggeefactie indien nodig te annuleren of aan te passen.

Privacy: deze winactie en het evenement worden georganiseerd door Serviceplan Groep B.V., voor Primark. De persoonlijke gegevens die van deelnemers worden verzameld, worden alleen door Serviceplan Groep B.V. gebruikt ten behoeve van de winactie en worden niet gedeeld met Primark en/of derden.

Publiciteit: Door deel te nemen aan de weggeefactie en het evenement, verlenen deelnemers het recht om tijdens het evenement foto's en video's te maken die kunnen worden gebruikt om content voor Primark te maken, zonder extra vergoeding.

Toepasselijk recht: De weggeefactie is onderworpen aan de wetten van het land waar de weggeefactie plaatsvindt.

Akkoord met voorwaarden: Door deel te nemen aan de weggeefactie gaan deelnemers akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.
